  • Bachelor’s degree in CSE or a relevant field is preferred; however, candidates from other academic backgrounds are welcome if they have strong, proven experience in technical recruitment.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills



Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for driving end-to-end technical hiring across Betopia Group’s software and technology teams. This role plays a critical part in building high-performing engineering teams by ensuring the right technical talent is identified, evaluated, and hired efficiently while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for software and technology roles, from manpower planning to onboarding handover.

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to clearly understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.

  • Assess candidates’ technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and practical skills, not just resume keywords.

  • Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech talent for current and future hiring needs.

  • Track and manage recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and overall candidate experience.

  • Stay updated on technology hiring trends, sourcing tools, market insights, and talent availability.

  • Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes.
