Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in CSE or a relevant field is preferred; however, candidates from other academic backgrounds are welcome if they have strong, proven experience in technical recruitment.
Mandatory: Proven experience hiring Software Engineers or other core technology roles
Prior experience recruiting for a tech company or software-driven organization
Preferred candidates who started their career in tech (CSE background) and later transitioned into technical recruitment
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
Job Context:
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for driving end-to-end technical hiring across Betopia Group’s software and technology teams. This role plays a critical part in building high-performing engineering teams by ensuring the right technical talent is identified, evaluated, and hired efficiently while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle for software and technology roles, from manpower planning to onboarding handover.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles.
Work closely with hiring managers to clearly understand technical requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics.
Assess candidates’ technical fundamentals, problem-solving ability, and practical skills, not just resume keywords.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified tech talent for current and future hiring needs.
Track and manage recruitment metrics, hiring timelines, and overall candidate experience.
Stay updated on technology hiring trends, sourcing tools, market insights, and talent availability.
Ensure compliance with internal recruitment standards and contribute to continuous improvement of hiring processes.
