Responsibilities & Context:
  • Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, schedules and communications.

  • Draft, review and manage official correspondence, reports, and documentation.

  • Follow up on departmental tasks, project timelines and management decisions.

  • Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure effective information flow.

  • Support in organizing business meetings, events and presentations.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
