Draft, review and manage official correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Follow up on departmental tasks, project timelines and management decisions.
Liaise with cross-functional departments to ensure effective information flow.
Support in organizing business meetings, events and presentations.
Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all dealings.
