Experience:
MBA in Human Resource Management from a reputed university.

Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Real Estate / Construction / Engineering industry experience is highly preferred.
Proven experience in KPI-based PMS and HR digitalization (HRIS / ERP)

Job Context:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Strategic HR, HR Development (HRD), Organizational Effectiveness, and Administration across corporate and project operations. The position reports directly to Top Management and plays a critical role in business decision-making.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic HR Leadership
• Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Top Management on people, productivity, and organizational risks.
2. HR Development (HRD), OD & Culture
• Design and execute Organizational Development (OD) initiatives to enhance efficiency and accountability.
• Develop and institutionalize company culture, core values, and leadership behaviors.
• Conduct manpower analysis, job evaluation, and restructuring to optimize workforce utilization.
3. Performance Management, KPI & PMS
• Design and implement a KPI-based Performance Management System (PMS) using OKRs / Balanced Scorecards.
• Introduce quarterly performance reviews, coaching mechanisms, and corrective action plans.
• Align performance outcomes with incentives, promotions, and career progression.
4. Training & Talent Development
• Conduct Annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for corporate and site-based technical staff.
• Develop leadership pipeline, HiPo identification, and succession plans for critical roles.
• Arrange technical, safety (HSE), behavioral, and leadership development programs.
5. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
• Oversee recruitment of engineers, architects, project managers, sales, and corporate professionals.
• Strengthen employer branding and recruitment efficiency.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, probation evaluation, and confirmation processes.
6. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll
• Design and manage competitive salary structures, incentive schemes, and benefits.
• Ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
7. Administration, Compliance & Governance
• Lead overall administration, facilities management, logistics, and office operations.
• Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & amendments.
• Handle labor relations, grievance management, disciplinary actions, and regulatory liaison.
• Develop and enforce HR & Admin SOPs, manuals, and policies.
