Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Master’s degree (MBA / MSc in SCM) will be highly preferred.
Professional certifications (CSCP, CIPS, PMP) will be an added advantage.
Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain / Procurement.
At least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Real Estate / Construction / Engineering industry experience is highly preferred.
Proven experience in ERP-based procurement and inventory systems.

We are seeking a strategic supply chain leader who can ensure uninterrupted material flow, vendor excellence, and cost competitiveness across our projects.
Job Context:
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving end-to-end Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Inventory, and Vendor Management across corporate and project operations. The position reports directly to Top Management and plays a critical role in project cost control and delivery timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership
• Formulate and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and project execution plans.
• Develop long-term sourcing strategies to support scalability and cost efficiency.
• Act as a strategic advisor to Top Management on procurement risks, cost trends, and supply continuity.
2. Procurement & Vendor Management
• Lead centralized procurement for construction materials, MEP items, equipment, and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor database with transparent evaluation and grading systems.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
3. Inventory, Logistics & Site Coordination
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to avoid project delays or excess holding costs.
• Oversee logistics, transportation, and material movement between warehouses and project sites.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Engineering, and Finance teams to ensure material availability as per construction schedules.
4. Cost Control, Budgeting & Compliance
• Implement cost-saving initiatives through strategic sourcing and value engineering.
• Monitor procurement budgets and control material wastage and pilferage.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies, audit requirements, and ethical standards.
5. KPI, Reporting & Process Improvement
• Design and implement KPI-based performance metrics for procurement, vendors, and logistics.
• Track key indicators such as cost savings, on-time delivery, vendor performance, and inventory turnover.
• Drive continuous process improvement and digitalization of supply chain operations (ERP-based).
6. Team Leadership & Capability Development
• Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and procurement team.
• Establish SOPs, manuals, and approval matrices to ensure process discipline and accountability.
• Promote a culture of transparency, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
