• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse

• Master of Business Administration (MBA)

• 10 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Clearing and Forwarding (C and F) Companies, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Port Service, Inventory/Warehouse

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Able to handle the Freight Team as a leader.

• Oversee daily operations (Export/Import) and staff (Air & Sea).

• Negotiate rates (Air & Sea) with overseas agents, local carriers and vendors.

• Handle client inquiries and escalated issues.

• Handle customer communication and resolve shipment-related issues.

• Manage documentation (AWB, B/L, Invoices), Delivery timelines and ensure service quality.  

• Supervise Customer Service team and coordinate with C&F agents and operations.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Export/import and customs regulations.

• Monitor documentation, delivery timelines, and service quality.

• Prepare operational reports and inform to the Management.
