Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Supply Chain Management:
- Coordinate products import as per demand forecasts
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and lead times
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Distribution & Logistics:
- Plan and execute product distribution to distributors, retailers, or customers
- Optimize delivery routes and transportation costs
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
- Coordinate with warehouses and distribution centers
- Handle documentation related to dispatch, invoices, and delivery challans
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, or damages
Inventory & Warehouse Coordination:
- Maintain accurate stock records and reports
- Conduct periodic stock audits and reconciliations
- Coordinate loading/unloading and proper storage of goods
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable
