Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a proactive and responsible professional to manage vendor coordination and rider operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate vendors and delivery riders to ensure smooth daily operations
Monitor rider performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies
Resolve vendor- and rider-related operational issues promptly
Maintain operational records, reports, and tracking data
Coordinate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and delivery performance
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Minimum graduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in business operations, logistics, or a related field
Age Range: 28–35 years
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational tracking software
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
