Responsibilities & Context:
Receive stocks from feed production and prepare delivery orders processing on a daily basis.
Prepare SKU-wise daily & monthly stock reports & sales statements.
Make sure all sorts of bills related to depot, transport providers and distributors are properly verified
Making a daily physical stock of finished goods
Verified all sorts of bills related to depot, transport providers and distributors.
Oversee loading activities in the feed mill & ensure FIFO for finish goods delivery.
Making a daily report for finished goods stock as well as a sales pending report.
Sending daily delivery reports and sending challan copies to the head office.
