Responsibilities & Context:
Requisition Receive from User Department.
Collect quotation from vendors as per requisition.
Searching new vendor to get more competitive price.
Comparative Statement prepare.
Purchase Order preparation.
Communication with EXIM Team to arrange BEPZA Permission and custom clearance.
Follow up delivery schedule with vendor.
Software operation (PO to Receive).
Arrange Goods delivery to user Department and collect Material Receiving Report.
Monitoring unloading activity.
Payment Note preparation.
Payment Note submit to Accounts Department for vendor Payment.
Update data in the progress file
