Experience Requirements

  • 7 to 12 years of progressive experience in operations controlling, supply chain finance, or manufacturing planning, preferably within Pharma, Retail, or FMCG sectors.

Responsibilities & Context:

Principle Accountabilities:

Operational Performance Control

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on operational performance metrics for a specific factory, distribution hub, or business unit.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to cost, productivity, and efficiency, identifying variances and anomalies.

  • Assist in identifying process bottlenecks and executing pre-approved productivity improvement plans.

Supply Chain Financial Analysis

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, variance reporting, and cost-benefit assessments for logis-tics and supply chain initiatives.

  • Gather, prepare, and validate financial data to support Group ACI`s logistics P&L forecasting and budget cycles.

  • Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Procurement teams to ensure financial alignment and data integrity.

Techno-Commercial Support

  • Apply commercial and technical knowledge to assist in the evaluation of procurement decisions and investment business cases.

  • Support the coordination of subject-matter experts (SMEs) during project evaluations to ensure cost-efficiency and quality assurance.

Integrated Planning Support

  • Support the planning cycle by compiling necessary data and preparing materials for the monthly Sales & Opera-tions Planning (S&OP) meetings.

  • Translate approved forecasts into actionable inputs for production and inventory planning to maintain target service levels and efficiency.

Sourcing & Cost Management

  • Execute and monitor cost-saving initiatives and track performance metrics related to sourcing decisions.

  • Manage the reporting cadence for supplier performance and adherence to contract terms, partnering closely with the Procurement team.

Inventory & Distribution Management

  • Manage day-to-day inventory records, ensure accurate stock reconciliation, and execute inventory optimization strategies.

  • Support the standardization of distribution processes across Group ACI, focusing on execution consistency within the network.

  • Monitor inventory aging and report on obsolescence risks using established predictive tools.

Digital System Utilization & Controls

  • Act as a key user for new digital systems (e.g., route optimization, real-time inventory tools) and ensure data accuracy.

  • Support the implementation and adherence to internal controls within the operations finance cycle.

  • Assist in providing documentation and support during internal and external audit processes.
