Product & Technology Lead Owns the product vision and technical architecture for ACI's digital platforms, leading product managers and engineering teams to deliver scalable, customer-centric features across short and long-term horizons.

Reports to: Head of Digital Sales, Corporate

What You Will Do

• Define and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with ACI's overall digital transformation goals and business objectives.

• Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap covering immediate deliverables (0-3 months), mid-term initiatives (3-12 months), and long-term bets (12+ months).

• Translate business problems into product hypotheses and validate them through data, user feedback, and rapid experimentation.

• Define the technical architecture, system design principles, and technology stack that power ACI's digital products.

• Establish engineering standards for code quality, security, scalability, and performance across all platforms (web, mobile, backend).

• Make build vs. buy decisions by evaluating third-party tools, APIs, SaaS platforms, and vendor partnerships.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of product features from ideation through design, development, QA, and release.

• Define and track KPIs for product health (adoption, retention, NPS), engineering velocity (cycle time, deployment frequency), and quality (bug rates, uptime).

• Stay ahead of emerging technologies (AI/ML, automation, data platforms) and evaluate their applicability to ACI's digital products.

• Champion a test-and-learn culture where new ideas are prototyped quickly, measured objectively, and scaled or discarded based on evidence.
