Additional Requirements:

The candidate must possess proven experience in sourcing and purchasing vehicle spare parts.
Responsibilities & Context:
Identify, source, and purchase vehicle spare parts as per approved specifications.
Obtain and evaluate quotations, negotiate price, delivery, warranty, and payment terms.
Coordinate with transport, maintenance, and workshop teams to understand spare requirements.
Prepare purchase orders and follow up on delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all procurement activities.
Ensure compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures.
Track cost savings and prepare reports on procurement performance.
Handle emergency purchases for breakdowns and urgent repairs.
