• Bachelor of Science (BSc)

• PGD/Certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.

• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong command of SAP/ERP system, advanced Excel and inventory reporting tools.

• Experience in leading large-scale plant inventory operations.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Oversee all inventory operations at the manufacturing plant, including raw materials, packaging, finishedgoods and non-production items.

• Plan and maintain optimal stock levels to ensure uninterrupted production while minimizing excess inventory.

• Supervise warehouse and store operations, ensuring proper storage, safety and compliance with production.

• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and address any discrepancies in coordination with production,QA, and Accounts.

• Lead and develop the inventory management team, ensuring high performance and adherence to process.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
