ACI Motors’ Commercial Vehicle brand, Foton, is looking for a dedicated Spare Parts Store Officer (Boliarpur Service Center) who will be responsible for ensuring smooth availability, accurate documentation, and effective management of spare parts to support after-sales service operations. The role involves close coordination with the service team and Head Office to maintain uninterrupted parts support, proper stock control, and compliance with company SOPs, ensuring efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities are -

• Maintain and monitor daily spare parts stock at the service center.

• Perform parts inward, outward, and stock reconciliation in the DMS/system.

• Receive parts requisition against service job cards and ensure accurate delivery of required parts.

• Prepare spare parts purchase orders and coordinate with the Head Office/Supply Chain team as needed.

• Issue parts invoices and ensure accurate data entry in the DMS/system.

• Coordinate with the service team to ensure seamless parts support for all job cards.

• Maintain proper storage, handling, and issuance of spare parts as per company SOP.
