Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Limited is looking for a Showroom Executive for our showroom located in Thakurgaon, who will be responsible for inventory management, timely invoicing and delivery, coordination with vendors and sales teams, ensuring proper documentation and VAT compliance, and supporting smooth day-to-day showroom operations.
Ensure on time payment posting, invoicing and delivery of products as per order.
Store product, monthly basis reconciliation and deliver with proper documentation.
Arrange transportation for supply of products when required.
Keep proper communication with suppliers and transport vendors.
Provide necessary support to Sales team in product distribution process.
Arrange necessary repairing and maintenance support for stocked product.
Prepare reports as required by Supervisor/head office.
Ensure proper documentation of all necessary papers.
Ensure VAT related documentations and activities.
Run showroom operations smoothly and keep the showroom neat and clean.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
