To support continuous business growth and long-term sustainability, ACI Motors Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager (Automotive Spare Parts) who will play a key role in developing, expanding, and managing the automotive spare parts dealership network across Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for 2W, 3W, PC, and CV spare parts.

  • Appoint, manage, and expand dealers, distributors, and retailers nationwide.

  • Drive sales growth, market penetration, and revenue targets across all vehicle segments.

  • Conduct market and competitor analysis (pricing, product range, demand trends).

  • Develop dealer policies, margins, incentives, and trade schemes suitable for Bangladesh market.

  • Ensure product availability of fast-moving and critical spare parts.

  • Plan and execute trade promotions, mechanic programs, dealer meets, and market activations.

  • Build relationships with workshops, fleet owners, transport operators, and institutional customers.

  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure brand visibility at market level.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and management reports.
