Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context

ACI Motors is looking for Service Executive/Sr. Service Executive (Commercial Vehicle, Mahindra) to manage commercial vehicle service coordination and planning, provide dealer support, and monitor overall service operations with the field service team.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Monitor & co-ordinate service team to ensure proper after sales service of assigned portfolio.

  • Establish after sales service network as per vehicle population & ensure proper evaluation of Dealer & Authorized Service Center for further development.

  • Prepare spare parts & lubricants business sales target, planning & implementing marketing activities to achieve business goal.

  • Plan & ensure proper execution of service promotional activities to achieve business goal.

  • Develop service Apps, Software & Dashboard for service monitoring.

  • Prepare monthly service budget by communicating with FF engineers.

  • Prepare monthly Dealer & Authorized service bill, KPI, FF - Expense bill process for settlement and FF Patty Cash bill as required.

  • Improve Field force, Dealers & Customers satisfaction through frequent field visit.

  • Prepare different report of monthly service activity & directly report to immediate supervisor.

  • Provide logistics support to FF team & dealers service unit.

  • Prepared warranty approval every 10 days.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor time to time.
