Responsibilities & Context:
To ensure optimization of all materials management activities, inventory control, materials movement.
To ensure & compliance of the materials, workflow process, system to facilitate the fulfillment process from production planning to material procurement & warehousing through product shipment.
To ensure the sufficient inventory is available at the store to avoid being “out of stock” & security & safety of the store in his responsibility.
To prepare MRR/GRN on time and conduct monthly physical inventory and reconciliation.
Negotiate prices, prepare CS while necessary for vendors or service providers.
Oversee all the activities of Ramdi and Bonpara Feed Mill.
