• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in an interior design, construction, or real estate company.
• Practical knowledge of interior materials and local market suppliers is highly preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of local vendors and market pricing.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP/software systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

• Manage procurement of interior materials including furniture, fittings, hardware, lighting, electrical, plumbing, wood, board, fabric, glass, and accessories.
• Source vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
• Prepare comparative statements, purchase orders (PO), and maintain proper documentation.
• Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to understand material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to sites and monitor inventory levels.
• Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, and coordinate with accounts for payments.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and quality standards.
• Handle emergency and site-based purchase requirements as needed.
