We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Senior Executive / Asst. Manager-Expatriate Management (HR & Admin) at Corporate Office, Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Coordinate all matters related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of expatriate employees in compliance with company policy and Bangladesh government regulations.

  • Process and monitor work permits, employment visas, visa extensions, and exit clearances for expatriates in coordination with BEZA/BIDA, Ministry of Home Affairs, and relevant authorities.

  • Ensure timely passport, visa, and immigration documentation and maintain proper records for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Arrange and manage accommodation, transportation, and local logistics for expatriates as per company entitlement and policy.

  • Coordinate arrival, departure, airport protocol, and travel arrangements including meet & greet, pickup, and drop-off services.

  • Administer employment contracts, compensation, benefits, and allowances for expatriates in alignment with management approval.

  • Liaise with Finance Department for salary disbursement, tax compliance, and remittance-related matters for expatriate staff.

  • Ensure compliance with income tax, tax deduction at source (TDS), and expatriate tax filing requirements as per local law.

  • Coordinate with departmental works in time to time
