Responsibilities & Context:

HRIS

  • Maintain and resolve issues in the HRIS system in collaboration with the IT Department to ensure seamless operation.
  • Manage and maintain biometric attendance devices to ensure timely issue resolution and reliable data capture.
  • Prepare and validate various attendance related reports, including monthly attendance, overtime, night allowance, late in/early out, and deductions, ensuring complete accuracy.
  • Compile and submit weekly and monthly HR reports—including strength, man-hours, turnover, absenteeism, punch misses, and shift/OT mismatch etc.
  • Efficiently handle all HRIS operations, delivering comprehensive system support and timely employee service.

Recruitment, Training & HR Services

  • Carry out recruitment and training activities for non-management and third-party staff to fulfill operational requirements.
  • Perform key HR processes such as employee onboarding & orientation training, transfers, performance appraisals, confirmations, upgradations, employee welfare & benefits, medical facilities, separations, and exit procedures.
  • Provide service to the employees regarding ID Card, Bank Account, Mobile Phone etc.
  • Facilitate positive employee relations by managing grievances, providing counseling, and implementing disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs to ensure compliance with company service rules.
  • Ensure all HR practices comply with current labor laws and regulatory requirements.
