Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration (MBA), Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognized university.
Professional certification in HR (such as PGD in HRM, CODP, SHRM, or equivalent) will be considered an added advantage.
Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Head of Human Resources or similar position.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Willingness to travel frequently, if required.

Must have strong report writing skills in both English and Bangla.
Saic Group is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead its Human Resources Department. As the Head of Human Resources, the selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR operations of the group across its more than 22 institutions, including medical colleges, nursing colleges, hospitals, diagnostic centers, and polytechnic institutes. The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive a positive and productive organizational culture. The ideal candidate must possess in-depth knowledge of HR functions such as recruitment, training & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, labor law compliance, and employee relations. This is a key leadership position, reporting directly to the top management, and contributing to the overall organizational growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.
To effectively manage and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for all employees, in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Formulate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in accordance with organizational requirements.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the organization.
Establish performance management systems to assess employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluation, feedback, and coaching.
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Promote a culture of fairness, respect, and inclusivity within the organization.
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Facilitate career development initiatives to support employee growth and advancement.
Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure fairness and equity in compensation practices while aligning with budgetary constraints.
Utilize HR analytics to track key metrics and provide insights for informed decision-making.
Prepare and present HR reports to senior management on workforce trends, performance, and engagement.
