Operations Lead (Admin, People & Performance) – BPO

📍 North Gulshan, Dhaka | In-office | 🕗 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Base salary: BDT 50,000–60,000/month + Quarterly KPI-based payout

We’re hiring an Operations Lead to take ownership of day-to-day operations for a growing BPO serving North American clients. This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role with real responsibility over people, discipline, and execution quality — backed by a transparent quarterly performance payout.

What you’ll be responsible for

  • Owning daily office operations, shifts, and handovers

  • Managing and supporting shift managers and floor teams

  • Coordinating hiring and onboarding with the recruitment team

  • Ensuring teams are consistently client-ready

  • Maintaining SOPs, discipline, and operational consistency


Quarterly payout (high-level)

Performance is reviewed quarterly across:

  • Attendance & discipline

  • Team stability and attrition control

  • Operational readiness

  • Efficiency and cost awareness

Consistent performance unlocks the full quarterly payout, with additional upside for exceptional results.


Compensation

  • BDT 50,000–60,000 monthly base salary
