About the Role:

Ace Corp. is looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and work closely with our top Canadian clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns to increase engagement, nurture leads, and drive revenue. Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Management: Plan, build, and deploy email and SMS campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, automated flows, onboarding, and follow-ups.

• List Segmentation: Manage and segment subscriber lists to ensure effective targeting based on services, locations, and lead stages.

• Deliverability & Hygiene: Monitor and maintain email deliverability and list hygiene to protect sender reputation.

• A/B Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B tests, experimenting with segmentation, content, subject lines, and send timings to improve performance.

• Performance Review: Regularly analyze and optimize campaigns using KPIs such as open rates, CTR, conversion rates, unsubscribe rates, and revenue attribution.

• Campaign Updates: Continuously update and enhance existing email sequences and automation workflows based on insights from testing and performance metrics.

• Collaboration: Work closely with team members to align messaging with promotions, seasonal campaigns, and business priorities.

• Compliance: Ensure all communications comply with CASL, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR regulations.

• Reporting: Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights and improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficient in Email Platforms: Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar tools.

• Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of segmentation, workflows, deliverability, and lifecycle marketing strategies.

• Copywriting: Ability to write persuasive, clear, and brand-consistent marketing copy.

• Analytics & Conversion Tracking: Familiarity with analytics dashboards and conversion tracking tools.

• Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge: Understanding of HTML/CSS for fixing email formatting issues (a plus but not required).

• Detail-Oriented & Data-Driven: Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous campaign optimization.

💰 Salary: 30,000–40,000 BDT per month

📍 Location: Gulshan-2, Dhaka (Work from Office)
