We are looking for a sharp, dependable HR & Admin Manager to run all people-ops and night-shift administration for our fast-growing offshore delivery centre. You will manage attendance, discipline, onboarding, team coordination, night-shift facilities, and ensure the floor operates like a well-oiled machine.
Oversee end-to-end night-shift HR activities (attendance, discipline, grievance handling).
Ensure strict compliance with company policies and BPO floor standards.
Monitor shift start/end times, adherence, breaks, and agent productivity coordination with Ops.
Maintain accurate HRIS attendance, leave, roster & shift data.
Support recruitment (screening, coordination, initial HR interviews) for night-shift positions.
Conduct onboarding, training coordination, and documentation for new joiners.
Handle performance issues, verbal/written warnings, and basic investigations.
Maintain strong rapport with floor agents to ensure retention and positive engagement.
Manage night-shift office administration — transport, security, cleaners, utilities, seating arrangements.
Ensure the floor environment is safe, functional, and fully operational at all times.
Coordinate with IT for system/tech issues (RingCentral, CRM, dialers, SmartMoving, hardware).
Maintain inventory: headsets, chairs, desktops, stationery, access cards.
Oversee emergency support & incident reporting (health, safety, misconduct).
Liaison with day-shift admin for smooth handover.
Ensure night-shift code of conduct, attendance rules, and agent policies are enforced.
Mediate conflicts and promote a positive culture aligned with sales & CS KPIs.
Conduct regular 1:1s and small group check-ins with agents.
Support payroll with accurate nightly attendance & overtime validation.
Document all incidents, policy violations, and admin reports.
2–4 years experience in HR/Admin (BPO experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of shift operations, attendance management & people handling.
Excellent communication (English & Bangla), confident in managing 60–100 staff.
Hands-on, calm under pressure, and solution-driven.
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, HRIS tools & basic IT coordination.
Ability to work full night shift (mandatory).
