Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing HR operations for the Head Office & Co-coordinate with factory HR & Admin team that includes manpower approval, recruitment and selection, ensuring job description for all.

  • To maintain the employee`s Personal file with all related papers as updated.

  • Process joining of new employees, background check and update in payroll Software.

  • Preparation / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues.

  • Follow-up Appointment processing, Orientation / Induction, arrange interview.

  • Ensure transfer, increment, promotion, separation, confirmation related work.

  • Develop, upgrade and implement HR policies, guidelines up to a reasonably acceptable standard for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.

  • Follow up cleaners management.

  • Ensure security of Head Office, properties, premises & personnel.

  • Ensure administrative policy & procedure for smooth running the 
    Head Office.

  • Follow up hygienic issues.

  • Office Peons roster maintain & administration.

  • Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
