Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for factory employees, including posting job opening sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and completing all necessary recruitment steps.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HR Software system, ensuring proper documentation and data accuracy.
  • Operate the software for HR administration, ensuring smooth integration of personnel, payroll, and attendance systems.
  • Perform HR administrative activities such as drafting transfer letters, updating templates, maintaining employee records, and reviewing policies periodically.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for staffs to ensure proper integration into the organization.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and update the manpower budget and generate regular HR reports for management.
  • Follow up on appointment letters for new hires and conduct exit interviews for departing employees to gather feedback and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to employee transfers, salary increments, promotions, separations, and other HR processes.
  • Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements applicable to the RMG sector.
  • Implement and manage policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management or reporting authorities as and when required.
