Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE, Apparel Manufacturing Technology, Textile (AMT)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to plan monthly capacity allocation, Production schedule, T&A & Shipment schedule;
∎ Coordinate with relevant departments/teams and obtain required specifications/details timely and reserve plant capacities in order to prepare loading plans considering manufacturing feasibility in order to meet customer required delivery while ensuring maximum utilization of allocate capacity;
∎ Schedule/attend relevant meetings with Production and Merchandising to discuss/verify related issues and determine the effective resolutions to prepare and maintain detail plan and make sure plan is secured in advance to ensure uninterrupted production flow;
∎ Ensure all the planning information is accurately maintaining on ERP system and update analyze and review the following reports/documents in order to facilitate on time management decision making;
∎ Analyzing material planning issues and effectively manages the materials budget;
∎ Work on ERP system for inventory monitoring, controlling and analyzing.

∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ SWOT analysis per season;
∎ Maintaining awareness of competitor's performance;
∎ Work within a cross functional team that manages all aspects of the demand and supply plan;
∎ An analytical mind with creative flair to identify key facts, trends and issues;
∎ Perform Supply/Demand matching, to enable customer availability;
∎ Strong expertise with MIS & reporting tools, Word, Excel, & MS Office tools
∎ Thorough knowledge of Financial Management, budgeting, and charge-out methodologies;
