Job Context
Amtranet Group, a leading RMG manufacturer and exporter in Bangladesh, is seeking an experienced Pattern Master / Senior Pattern Master for its Sample & Design Development Department. Candidates who meet the following requirements are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Proficient knowledge of Lectra and Optitex software
Understand design drawings, tech packs, and size specifications to develop accurate production patterns
Strong expertise in manual and digital pattern making
In-depth knowledge of garment construction, fabric behavior, draping, and fitting (physical & virtual)
Analyze designs for technical feasibility and production efficiency
Create master patterns for all sizes using measurement charts, CAD systems, grading tools, sketches, and samples
Calculate fabric consumption accurately for production
Provide technical support to production teams regarding pattern-related issues
Stay updated with new pattern-making tools, software, and industry trends
Perform any other pattern-related tasks assigned by management
