Skills Required: Expert in Quickbooks Accounting Software

- Hands to hands experience in Knit Composite will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of payroll systems, attendance management, and labour law provisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability to handle sensitive employee issues.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Responsibilities & Context: - Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for Head Office and factories.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies while processing payroll.
- Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
- Collaborate with HR, Internal Audit and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.
- Generate payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
- Stay updated on Labour Laws and tax laws, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
- Support audit teams by providing payroll-related documentation and clarifications.
