    • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
    • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Business Administration
    • Master of Business Management (MBM) in Finance
  • Professional certifications such as PGDHRM/HR Certification will be considered an advantage.

Skills Required: Expert in Quickbooks Accounting Software

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 35 to 40 years

  • Hands to hands experience in Knit Composite will be preferred.  
  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, attendance management, and labour law provisions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Strong interpersonal communication and ability to handle sensitive employee issues. 
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including collecting, calculating and inputting payroll data for Head Office and factories.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws, regulations and company policies while processing payroll.
  • Administer and maintain payroll systems, ensure data integrity and implement system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with HR, Internal Audit and other departments to gather and validate payroll information, such as new hires, terminations, promotions and salary changes.
  • Generate payroll reports, including tax filings, benefits deductions and other required reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security standards for all payroll-related information.
  • Stay updated on Labour Laws and tax laws, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Support audit teams by providing payroll-related documentation and clarifications.
