Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in wet process engineer, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in wet processing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily checking of Auto lab TF link availability prior to process Pipetting. Assessing of unload process and correction of recipe. Generating of recipe via system, printing of recipe sticker. Updating of dyeing remarks according to mating lead time and TDD.
∎ Maintaining the lab matching lead time according to Tableau report. Downloading of reports and trigger of new release orders.
∎ Shade Analysis. Checking for any discrepancies and send mail to concern department. Sending mails to merchandiser for swatch request and also trigger for dispatch details. Sending mails for Fabric request. Assessing of unload shades and give recipe correction.
∎ Assessing of shades with Production team prior to be release for dyeing.
∎ Preparing of lab card for production prior to release lab card for dyeing.
∎ Updating of production recipe on Orga TEX Preparing of ETP report and send mails Preparing report for Dyes and Chemicals and send mails to all concern people. Sending of mails for RFT report
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
