Job Context:
∎ We are looking for dynamic and experienced talent for the immediate appointment who has solid experience in factory base employee Welfare. The role requires that employees are completely aware about their rights, health and hygiene according to national and international laws and regulations.
∎ Job location will be Chayadana, Gazipur // Salna, Gazipur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to set up a communication bridge between Management and workers.
∎ Counseling continuously to make the worker fully motivated towards their responsibilities and loyalty to the company.
∎ To keep the workers aware about their salary and wages, overtime work and overtime allowance.
∎ Helping all workers about leave and maintaining a register.
∎ Training all employees and maintaining a register
∎ To increase awareness among the workers about their health-n-hygiene, personal safety or about the Personal Protective Equipment's (PPE), the core points of the labor laws of the land, protection of environment etc.
∎ to provide psychological support to the workers to motivate them to do better
∎ To look after the suggestions box scheme and make sure proper utilization of it.
∎ To maintain all types of welfare and counselling related documents & provide regular and periodical report.

∎ Age at least 25 years
