Garments, Tannery/Footwear
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure a good relationship between workers and the management
∎ Carry out orientation and awareness programs as per buyer requirements
∎ Counsel the absentee workers on absenteeism and inefficient workers to increase their efficiency and productivity
∎ Ensure counseling on disciplinary issues
∎ Maintain coordination with all the concerned departments
∎ Provide guidance/ assistance to workers and give them appreciation whenever and wherever required
∎ Solve worker grievances in a diplomatic way and motivate workers for achieving the production target
∎ Lead the participation committee and conduct meetings as per legal requirements
∎ Face various types of compliance audit
∎ Ensure healthy workplace, safety, and environment
∎ Maintain all kinds of record-keeping registers
∎ Submit report periodically to the management
∎ Perform any other relevant task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant with buyer compliance and Code of Conduct
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, amendment act 2013, Labor Rules 2015, and other required laws applicable for factories
∎ Proficient in MS Office Package
∎ Very strong counseling capability and sound interpersonal skills
∎ Self-motivated, responsible, and team player
∎ Proactive and result-oriented
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet the deadline
