Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and compassionate Welfare Officer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
Encourage and support the formation of workers’ unions, welfare committees, cooperative societies, and joint manufacturing committees, and supervise their activities.
Monitor and ensure proper maintenance of worker facilities, including canteen, waiting areas, childcare center, toilets, and safe drinking water.
Assist workers in applying for paid leave and inform them about leave policies and other employment regulations.
Work to improve the working and living conditions of employees and recommend welfare initiatives for their well-being.
Advise management on arranging training for new workers and encourage employees to enhance their education and technical skills through relevant programs.
Provide guidance to both workers and management to ensure proper implementation of company rules and labor regulations.
Coordinate with medical officers and factory authorities to ensure workers receive adequate healthcare and medical support.
Take proactive steps to strengthen communication and mutual understanding between workers and management.
Listen to workers’ concerns, provide counseling and motivation, and facilitate constructive discussions on employment conditions.
Arrange regular meetings and dialogue between management and workers to maintain a cooperative and harmonious workplace environment.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Work Environment & Conditions
Full-time position based at our manufacturing facility in Cumilla EPZ.
Occasional extended hours or weekend work may be required during peak production or compliance activities.
