∎ Should have sound knowledge in automated tunnel & rotary oven etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Operate and monitor the tunnel oven to bake biscuits as per the production schedule.
∎ Adjust temperature, timing, and conveyor speed to ensure proper baking.
∎ Inspect baked biscuits for color, texture, and quality compliance.
∎ Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of the oven.
∎ Ensure a consistent supply of formed biscuits to the oven line.
∎ Record oven performance and baking data for quality control purposes.
∎ Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations during operation.
∎ Any other kind of task that management may require to be done
