Job Responsibilities:

  • Assess training needs and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.

  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and technologies.

  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue booking, and participant registration.

  • Design training materials, presentations, and resources to support training initiatives.

  • Facilitate in-depth training sessions on product knowledge, including features, benefits, indications, and competitive differentiation.

  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for new hires, ensuring effective transfer of knowledge and skills.

  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms, participant evaluations, and performance metrics.

  • Collaborate with department heads and supervisors to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in training and development.

  • Share expertise and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
