Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Searching, headhunting and Screening candidates resumes & job applications with regards to relevant knowledge, technical skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Coordinating with the interview panel, interview invite, scheduling interviews
∎ Carryout various market research, data collection & analysis. Will be responsible for monthly MIS.
∎ Report Writing of Projects and Presentation
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong MS Excel skill with focus on data analytics
∎ Have graphics software skills – Photoshop, Illustrator, Movie making
∎ Key Personal Attributes
∎ Ready to call 25 to 75 No. per day
∎ Strategic and process oriented thinking
∎ Great communication as well as interpersonal skills
∎ Relentless learner and the passion to pick up recent technologies
