Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Extensive & Continues Data Research & Analysis on diversify areas of HR & different industries
∎ Assist in Report Writing of Projects and Presentation
∎ Assist in roll-out and implementation of different assignments of Clients
∎ Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines
∎ Manage the Talent Acquisition Projects
∎ Office Administration
∎ Other tasks assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in HR field
∎ Strong MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills with focus on data analytics
∎ Graphics software skills - Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Movie making & storytelling skills
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh labour law, legal and HR systems
∎ Ability to keep sensitive information confidential
