∎ Position - Executive / Senior Executive (depending on performance position will be offered)
∎ Organization - Z N Consultants (ZNC), A Strategic Management & HR Consulting Firm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing research & analysis, and transforming data into information for delivering best-in class HR services to clients
∎ Developing strategies & models for continuous excellence of Z N Consultants' services
∎ Assist the Chief Consultant and other Senior Consultants to complete the Organizational Development & Compensation-Benefit Projects
∎ Preparation of Project reports & PowerPoint presentation
∎ Keeping abreast of different industry trends, tools & HR practices as per project needs
∎ Preparation of HR database for current & future openings
∎ Recruitment & selection for clients as well as Z N Consultants
∎ Preparing proposals for different HR Services & submitting to clients, keep track records of the services, submission of invoices and collect the service fees
∎ Day to day HR operations, maintain daily attendance, preparing payroll, ensuring all records are maintained and updated
∎ Ensuring VAT-Tax & Audit Compliance of Z N Consultants
∎ Safeguarding the confidentiality & goodwill of Z N Consultants at online & onsite
∎ Continuous evaluation of self & the team and submission of the reports to management on a monthly & yearly basis
∎ Any other jobs assigned by management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 to 5 years of experience in Core HR
∎ Excellent computer skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Graphics software - Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Understanding of HR policies and procedures
∎ Should be insightful about Bangladesh Labour Acts & Rules
∎ Excellent written skills in English and Bangla is a MUST.
