Responsibilities & Context:
Learn the general industrial safety as well as specific plant/system safety procedures.
Learn the plant flow chart and functionality of the equipment’s and systems.
Learn the P & ID of the hydraulic, pneumatic and plant utility system.
Learn the different mechanical tools and proper use of tools and techniques during maintenance.
Learn from the different kind of maintenance activities (preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance)
Participate routine maintenance activities on the equipment’s including inspection and lubrication.
Maintain record of the maintenance.
Recommend to improve the equipment performance.
Undertake continuous training and development.
Conform health and safety procedures and policies.
