Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare daily log sheets and breakdown reports for cost analysis purposes.
Prepare and circulate daily cost analysis reports for the plant to management.
Prepare daily production, delivery, and closing stock reports and share with respective HODs.
Prepare daily reconciliation reports (Actual vs SAP) for production and consumption data.
Prepare monthly product-wise cost-benefit analysis reports.
Prepare daily and monthly power consumption reports for monitoring and analysis.
Prepare investment feasibility reports as required by management.
Assist in preparation of departmental budgets and cost optimization plans.
Prepare post-budget variance reports with detailed root cause analysis for any deficit or surplus.
During plant shutdowns, coordinate with Production and Store departments to take floor stock.
Prepare and submit shutdown-related reports as per management requirements.
Maintain regular communication with Production teams to ensure timely and accurate production and consumption entries in SAP.
Support data accuracy and compliance in SAP-related costing and reporting activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the line manager from time to time in line with organizational needs.
