Responsibilities & Context:
To prepare Rebar Stock and reconcile with all stock location & Delivery Statement.
To prepare finish production distribution reports for management.
To prepare daily, monthly and yearly reports of delivered goods to customer.
To prepare monthly dashboard for management by highlighting Distribution top line activities.
To ensure checking and reconciling the vendors (Transport & Labor) bill.
To ensure checking the stock level & ensure optimum product availability of Dhaka Warehouse.
To reconcile Dhaka Warehouse delivery reports & submit to cross functional team.
To facilitate for performing internal audit with coordination with all stock locations.
To coordinate with cross functional team to ensure required logistics support for distribution department.
To assist performing export program & bulk shipment to high valued corporate customers.
