Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a TSM in the Food Sector (FMCG) at Mariners Group. As a TSM, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to sales. Strong communication skills and ready sales abilities are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives in Dhaka.
  • Set sales targets for individual team members and monitor performance against targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers to expand market reach.

Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitors.
  • Develop pricing strategies and promotional activities to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Provide feedback to management on market conditions and competitive activities.

Reporting and Administration:

  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to management.
  • Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions using CRM software or other tools.
