- Good understanding of business processes, sales operations, and MIS reporting.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales MIS, Data Analysis, or Business Support (freshers with strong Excel & ERP skills may also be considered).
Responsibilities & Context:
Position: Officer (Sales–MIS)
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Officer (Sales–MIS) to support data-driven decision-making and business operations through strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze sales and business data to identify trends in customer behavior, purchasing patterns, and competitor activities to support growth strategies.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage MIS reports using advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, dashboards).
- Work extensively on ERP systems for data extraction, validation, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Act as a coordination point between IT, Sales, and Business teams to improve productivity and data efficiency.
- Support business and analyst teams in project-related activities in collaboration with implementation and sales teams.
- Monitor business performance by tracking activities, identifying issues, and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide regular updates on deliverables, timelines, and business status to senior management.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations with statistical support and data validation.
- Manage and respond to stakeholder requests for data analysis and reporting.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies to assess the viability of new products or services.
