Job Context:

Mariners Group is enhancing its digital content and brand communication efforts. The Video Editor / Creator will be responsible for producing engaging, story-driven video content that supports marketing, branding, and promotional activities while maintaining strong visual and brand consistency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for digital platforms and campaigns

• Develop story-based and AI-generated video content aligned with brand objectives

• Design and apply motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling

• Capture quality footage using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and related equipment

• Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver content within timelines

• Ensure all outputs follow brand guidelines and quality standards

• Edit podcast videos with highly engaging animated text, captions, and visual elements

• Design dynamic motion graphics to highlight key conversations and moments

• Enhance audio-visual flow for social media and digital platforms while maintaining brand consistency
  
  
  

  Expertise Requirements

  • Strong expertise in podcast video editing with high-impact animated text, captions, and visual storytelling

  • Advanced skills in motion graphics and typography animation

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and related editing tools

  • Ability to create visually engaging, platform-optimized content while maintaining brand consistency

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (Honours) degree in any field with proven professional expertise in video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling

• Relevant professional training or certifications in video editing and motion graphics will be an added advantage
