• Must have experience of sweater manufacturing.
• Have better understanding all department wise goals and follow-up sample section goal achievement data.

• Making plans for designer and programmers.
• Approve all kind of swatch plan.
• Ensure the handover of sample timely to the customers.
• Making all kinds of sample plan for designer.
• Monitoring all designers, sample man and programmers.
• Solving sample and production related technical issues according to the customer’s suggestions.
• Giving brief about the customer’s comments to the designers and programmers.
• Any measurement discrepancy found (not achievable), revert back to Designer.
• Checking target weight before proceeding to Sample.
• Closely following Panel weight.
• Fill up sample process sheet properly including measurement given for linking and length strap.
• After completing the plan give it to sample, yarn, store and keeper.
• Before documentation of the sample plan he/she must check sample plan for any lacking of information and record.
• Ensure 100% knitting chart as per customer requirement.
• Ensure the garments as per customer standard.
• Ensure Standard tension for every Gauge.
• Assisting technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely manner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company standards and requirements.
• Arrange PP meeting.
• Do risk assessment of a particular style and maintain proper documentation.
• Make sure all development sample are well qualify for bulk production.
• Do meeting with all sample stuff for betterment of sample section.
• Solve quality problem especially for high risk before knitting chart.
• Ensure Zero defect in garments.
• Follow-up sample section related goals and ensure improvement in all goals.
• Make sure all goal related data are well documented and check properly.
• Make sure well visible improvement throughout all goals.
• Analysis goal data and finds better way to achieve goals in time.
• Have well understanding and knowledge in Quality manual.
• Maintain sample database to analysis root cause of sample rejection.
• Any other tasks assigned by management
