Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage call center agents, assign and distribute tasks, manage roster.
∎ Train and develop call center team.
∎ Develop dialogues for both inbound and outbound calls and Manage trackers.
∎ Analyze customer repayment behavior, customer data and share with the management.
∎ Manage portfolio for cross-selling and upselling.
∎ Assist in achieving set targets in terms of successful business lead generation through inbound and outbound calls.
∎ Filter out potential customers for other IPDC products (e.g. HL, AHL, AL, SCF).
∎ Compile the leads and distribute among product specific Business Heads/ Branch Managers.
∎ Attend all inbound/outbound calls on time, manage customer queries and grievances received via app and calls.
∎ Revert to customers regarding their queries and grievances after consultation with relevant internal stakeholders. Escalate customer queries and grievances.
∎ Ensure smooth assistance of credit assessment, timely completion of operational tasks.
∎ Make follow up calls to overdue customers, ensure payment collection and assist customer in understanding the repayment process.

∎ Team management skill.
∎ Drive to achieve sales target.
∎ Ability to work independently.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Office.
