Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as a liaison between CEO’s Office and other departments.

  • Manage different administrative job of CEO’s Office.

  • Coordinate and arrange external and internal meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meeting, invitations on behalf of MD & CEO.

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, visitors and independently schedule appointments

  • Coordinate and schedule weekly MANCOM meeting and follow-up on decisions taken.

  • Assist in preparation of reports and presentations as and when required.

  • Any other job as and when required.
