Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: Act as a liaison between CEO’s Office and other departments.
Manage different administrative job of CEO’s Office.
Coordinate and arrange external and internal meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meeting, invitations on behalf of MD & CEO.
Manage CEO’s calendar, visitors and independently schedule appointments
Coordinate and schedule weekly MANCOM meeting and follow-up on decisions taken.
Assist in preparation of reports and presentations as and when required.
Any other job as and when required.
