Responsibilities & Context:
Retail Non-Performing Asset (NPA) Management.
Mitigate the risk on mortgage documentation deficiency: Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed under secured products by ensuring compliance on customer`s security documentation.
Regular follow up with overdue customers and ensure centralized letter sending to overdue customers.
Inter Departmental Activities: Rapport build up with other Branch people, unit heads, business support units.
Voluntary contributions as and when asked by management.
