Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Involve in preparing audit documents from Supply Chain dept. for cotton traceability such as claim materials audit, raw materials audit, and vendor management systems audit.
∎ Update Suppliers List - Yarn & Fabric
∎ Prepare Supplier Selection & Approval form.
∎ Collect documents such as cotton declaration certificate, annual evaluation form & compliance declaration certificate from all suppliers.
∎ Acknowledge and verify suppliers’ certificate - GOTS/OCS/GRS/RCS/OEKO TEX/BCI NO./Trade license Certificates.
∎ Follow up supplier's 3rd party inspection audit report.
∎ Prepare required audit documents as per checklists.
∎ Verify the audit documents according to company's SOP.
∎ Compile all audit documents & provide audit reports to Sustainability Dept. & internal auditors.
∎ Participate in a customer-organized traceability VC meeting or training.
∎ Approved Supplier Evaluation process conduct through Physical Audit
∎ Manage data and record databases.
∎ Enter Data on Customer Portal.
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Traceability Officer for the centralized Procurement Department of one of the largest Garments Division in Bangladesh comprising a large number of RMG manufacturing capacities and supplying a wide range of products for buyers & brands in the USA and Europe. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks aimed at promoting transparency, accountability, and sustainability within our supply chain.
